My name is Anand, I recently enrolled on a 12-week English class at your institute. My registration number is 1255 on the evening batch. I found class is going well and useful for me.
But, unfortunately, my dad is met with an accident. He was admitted to the hospital. As the doctor advised, need to take 2 months of bed rest. So, I am planning to return to my city and take care of my dad, until he recovers.
Can I get information about the refund policy, when I joined time, the salesperson said that I can get a refund if an unforeseen problem happened.

will help me a lot.
