The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.
The presented figure compares three different
inquiries
received by the Tourist Information Organization in one city over a
first
semester period in 2011. In general, the proportion of queries received increased, except by letter or email, and there was
also
a switch in the position of the three
inquiries
. In the
first
three months, the telephone was the most popular channel compared to others, which experienced a fluctuation but remained in the
first
position. Meanwhile, the number of people coming in person to inquire gradually rose to about 200, surpassing the number of mail senders, which dropped slightly to around 100, the opposite of the number of direct
inquiries
.
Next,
there was a different trend in the second trimester. In-person
inquiries
jumped significantly, with almost 2000
inquiries
being the
first
spot,
while
the letter/email platform declined gradually by 200 to be the
last
position
at the end
.
Lastly
, the telephone turned out to be the
second,
despite its growth, reaching 1600.
