Dear Sir, I am Kiran,a student of Business General course at your college.I am writing

letter requesting you to provide me with a new identification card as I lost my previous one . Yesterday,I was sitting in the lunch room and enjoying the meal with my friends and suddenly I realised that I lost my badge.Since it is an important badge so I always prefer to keep it in my college bag but that day I just put it in my pocket as I was in a hurry.

Due to

this

incident,I am unable to enter the library

as well as

the sports centre .

Moreover

,I always need to prove my identity as a pupil at the entrance gate to the security guard and

then

he allows me to enter the college.

This
