The two images demonstrate a number of changes that took place in Darwin town from 2009 to 2014.
Overall
, the town witnessed radical changes with the most noticeable being the complete transformation of the industrial area into a waterfront living section.
In 2009, the whole land of Darwin town was dedicated for production purposes. On the seaside, two swimming pools were situated between buildings and a fishing area. On the opposite, right next to the school, a convention centre looked directly at the lake. There was a footpath encircling the lake, leading to the sea, and connecting inhabitants with all the services.
After 5 years, the industrial zone was turned into waterfront living areas by adding more trees and buildings. In the middle, a third swimming pool was added on the left of the lake. Additional 3 inhabitant blocks were constructed behind the old ones and a university in the middle-left of the land was built to serve Darwin’s citizens. On the seaside, a new harbour was erected Linking Words
