You recent went on a business trip and stayed in hotel. On getting home you realized you left some things at the hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. Details of your stay The items you left behind What you want the managed to do

Dear Sir, I am writing in connection with my
last
stay at your hotel on 21st May 2023. It was a nice stay and we all enjoyed and were thrilled by the hospitality given by your staff, and I am thankful for that first. Somehow, I want to inform you that I left my office
laptop
mistakenly in the room where we were staying, which is room number 200 and my reservation number was 12345. On getting home only, I realized that my
laptop
is missing. Since tomorrow is Monday and my office starts, I need to have my
laptop
with me today. I will manage to send a friend of mine who is living nearby to your hotel to collect the
laptop
. Once you verified his details, please hand them over to my friend. Hope for a positive reply from you soon. Thank you. Yours faithfully, Chandana Thennakoon
