1.Write a letter to the manager of the Lost and Found department of the railway regarding the luggage you accidentally left on the train. In your letter o give the details of your train trip o describe the luggage you left on the train o say what actions you want him/her to take.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing
this
letter to inform you about the baggage that I lost during my train journey. My luggage bag holds my personal items and is important to me, and I am very worried .
I travelled from Bombay To Hyderabad on the 01st of July 2023 . The train # was Raj Express 50. My seat number was 2 BC in the new AC compartment. The train had multiple stops before reaching the final destination. I had mistakenly left my luggage under the seat and got down with other bags. It was a blue suitcase with a golden lock attached to it. It has my contact details written on the back side of the suitcase.
I would highly appreciate it if you can trace my luggage and keep it safely in the lost and found department of the railway. Please reach out to me on the given number as soon as you find the bag.I am deeply, looking forward to a positive action from your end.
Thank you,
Your’s faithful,
John.Submitted by yusra.f.jaffer on
