Dear Sir or Madam, I am K. Amal from ABC company. I am writing

letter to express my feedback regarding the event which was held on June 15, 2023.

, I would like to appreciate your hospitality . The staff were friendly and pleasant.

, the arrangement of the conference hall was attractive.

, you were able to provide all the necessary technical equipment

as Projector, screen and sound system which were essential to our meeting.
However
, I regret to inform you that the foods were not of the expected quality. Let me explain it. I have received lots of complaints related to the meals on a particular day. There was a lack of variety in the buffet which you had offered us. The taste of the dessert did not comply with our standards. Even though the appearance of the food was good, the arrangement of the buffet was unacceptable. I would like to give some suggestions which will be important to enhance your foods. You can introduce new Chinese meals to the buffet
while
