Write a letter to your friend help him deciding whether to go to college or to try to get a job.

Dear Kate, Hope you are having fun, now the school is closed. I read your letter asking my sincere opinion on whether going to college or trying to get a job is better for you now.Honestly, I thought about both directions.
Firstly
, starting your academic studies by the new year is a safe way. Do some holidays, take the time to figure out what is your favourite occupations, put yourself in and imagine how your life will be in any of them, and
then
do your application to the College of your preference. You will have two months from the deadline for the institutions' applications.
Secondly
, if you get a job for a year, or six months will help with your economics. I know that your parents can't provide you with a full budget for your studies. So making a profit on your own is not a bad idea. You will have some pin money for your studies.
Although
, finding now an educational institution to start over your academic degree, and a part-time job, so as to cover the expenses, might be the better solution.
Finally
, I am sure, it will be a great year for you, now you starting your real life as an adult. Don't hesitate to write to me if you want to talk more, or you can give me a call. Yours, Malen
