Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about a defective device that you sold me

last

week. I purchased a wifi bundle from your company and it included the modem for the router, but the router is not working properly

as a result

my work is suffering because I work via the internet. The wifi continues to drop for no reason. I

then

have to manually restart the whole system by removing the plug from the socket and

then

plugging it back in.

However

this

only resolves the issue for ten or twenty minutes as my computer's wifi drops again.

This

has been happening since I bought the device and it is affecting my duties as a manager.

Due to

the recent pandemic, managers,

such

as myself, have to have a meeting with their subordinates every day to ensure they complete their daily tasks so that our company can run smoothly.

However

due to

my unreliable internet connection, I am unable to conduct these meetings and it is having a negative impact on my job performance. I urge you to send me a replacement part as soon as possible so that I am able to complete my obligations at work without any

further

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
