The diagram illustrates several steps of how soft cheese is produced in the factory.
It is clear that
there are 5 main stages in this
process, starting with the combination of water together with
milk and ending with the finished result as soft cheese is made.
As can be seen, during the first step, milk is mixed carefully with water, and then
the mixture is cooled at 5 degrees
Celsius for 2 hours. After that, salt is added to the liquid before undergoing the process of fermentation by heating it up at 35 degrees
Celsius within a period of 6 hours.
Later in the fourth stage, once fermented, the evaporation procedure is carried out to let off steam as the combination keeps being cooked at the temperature of 100 degrees
for 8 hours. Finally
, the mixture is frozen again at 5 degrees
