Dear Manager, I hope to see you good in health. I am approaching you through
this
 letter to update you about the discussion topics for tomorrow's meeting. As I have been working in

 organization for more than 10 years. I feel confident and pleased to let you know about the research that I have done till today. During that time, I investigated many new products that our company has launched in previous years. Some of the most famous items are wireless earbuds, touch-sensitive screens, and artificial intelligence-integrated home theatre. In order to reach the next milestone of reaching two other countries, I would recommend a change in the marketing policy. For delivering the pitch to clients internationally, I need to do a certification from Microsoft.
This

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
