You have bought furniture from a store. When you received, there were some damages. Write a letter to the concerned store manager. In your letter, you should: •Give information about the furniture. •Explain the damage •Ask the manager to solve your issue.

Dear Sir I am writing
this
letter regarding a matter which concerns me significantly.Recently,I bought an executive study table
along with
a chair from your renowned franchise. It was meant for my exquisite study room,
conversely
,when I received the delivery,it wasn't in the ideal condition.
Firstly
,the mirror on the top of the table was damaged from one side and the cracks were quite apparent.
Secondly
,the left wheel of the chair was not only rusty but
also
hindering the normal movement of the chair.
Lastly
,an eccentric noise is produced by sitting on it. I'd highly appreciate your involvement in
this
matter.Kindly take imperative steps to resolve my issue and replace the furniture at the earliest.
However
,It is a matter of your company's reputation
as well as
customer service and satisfaction.I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you in anticipation Yours Faithfully Ahmad Hassan Nadeem

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
