Dear sir, I am payal sharma and writing
this
letter to express dissatisfaction towards the mixer grinder I have bought from your shop. The order reference number is NY2357750 and bought on 05/07/23. Actually, the issue is the machine is currently out of order. When I used it for the first time on the next day of buying. The little light on top of the grinder was not turned on. I thought it should be a newer design which cannot blink
while
using after that I read the manual which stated that the light always pops up.
In addition
to
this
small blade for spices is
also
missing from the pack. I got pissed off when I call for help in a store. The technician was not very friendly. He had been rude to me and was not able to help me. He
also
said that the missing part was not his responsibility to sort it out. Even though he started blaming I may have lost it somewhere in the middle of the drive back home. I would really appreciate it if you replace
this
piece of equipment as soon as possible. I am happy to take a refund as well. I would require a written apologise to your technician and assurance from you that none of
this
behaviour will be repeated in future. Hope you will consider all my points and get back to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you Payal Sharma
