This
diagram illustrates the various stages of manufacturing matches. In general,
to begin
the creation of matches consists of four stages: cleaning to drying, and
this
is before being sent to production.
This
is followed by six stages, beginning with the input of sticks and ending with boxes of the finished product. In the first phase, the revolving log is peeled by using a blade, followed by cutting the veneer into sticks.
Next,
they are immersed in a tank that contains ammonium phosphate. Afterwards, they are placed in a large, spinning drum, where they are dried.
Last
but not least, the matches dump into the hopper and blow through a metal duct to a warehouse. In the next step, when the wooden sticks arrive at the storage facility, they are moved into the funnel using a conveyor belt.
Then
, they are inserted into a moving, perforated steel belt and each tip of the stick is dipped into different, three tanks.
Next,
they enter the drying area and after that, the final product, so the matches are packaged.
