More students decided to take a part-time job when they go into universities. Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

Dear Councilor, I am writing to inform you that near my home on 45 Oxford Street an old black
car
has been standing for three months now. I suppose, that it is an abandoned
car
because it does not have a license plate on it and no one has seen its owner. Unfortunately,

. It might be very dangerous if some emergency will arise. I already asked a local police department and transport department to evacuate
this
car
to a special parking lot, but they have not done anything so far. I urge you to take measures and remove

this
problem within the next month, I will contact the city department. Best regards, Tom Ostin
