Dear Councilor, I am writing to inform you that near my home on 45 Oxford Street an old black

car

has been standing for three months now. I suppose, that it is an abandoned

because it does not have a license plate on it and no one has seen its owner. Unfortunately,

was left right in front of the entrance to a children's playground,

therefore

kids can not play there anymore.

, big means of transport like buses, emergency cars, and fire trucks are not able to drive down our

In fact, nowadays most countries face to environmental damage which are increasing every year. To my mind, there are some reasons in particular, the human factor is one of the main reasons for this.

Even though there are some people who think that this policy is negative, I personally think this policy would be effective because it would lead to smooth traffic conditions.

The cost of natural disasters always increased concern from the public. Especially, some of them will result in uncountable negative consequences. However, some folk may argue that educating thepublic about their local society problems would save more lives. It is clear that despite the community issue that would risk people’s lives, natural disasters deserve more attention.

The only way to improve safety in our roads is to give stricter punishment for driving offenses. To what extend do you agree or disagree?
There is a common belief that strictly giving punishment is the most possible way to encourage the safer experience of drivers. This should be recognized as a false idea as there are more than one method to promote encouragement.
