We have seen that some people socialise with their work colleagues outside the office during evenings and weekends,
while
 others like to keep it strictly professional and restrict any other nature of interaction. In
this
 essay, I am going to discuss the advantages of both views.
Firstly
, Human is a social animal and some like to spend time with their co-workers outside the office as it helps them in building positive working relationships.
As a result
, they get to know each others’ backgrounds and personalities which may lead to better understanding and lesser conflicts during working hours.
Secondly
, it leads to more success as information sharing becomes more fluid and they tend to back each other during difficult times. Tight-knit groups always have an advantage over individuals.
However
, there are some benefits of keeping the relationship limited to the working environment as personal lives can become a source of gossip.
This
 not only hampers mental well-being but
also
 corners certain individuals.
For instance
, sometimes bosses get to know intrinsic details like financial challenges or health problems which may lead to over-exploitation in the name of money or delayed promotion.
For
this
 reason, certain bosses like to prey on the insecurities of their subordinates making their lives miserable. In my opinion, it is better to create a fine balance between socialising and restricting material personal information.
While
 I understand that there is a thin line, it is better to have some personal relationships with specific individuals to build the required trust so that they can help in advancing your career from time to time.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
