You are living in a University residence, and you have a problem with the high levels of noise from a new campus restaurant which is open late at night. Write a letter to the governor of the University. In your letter, -Complain about the situation -Say why this is a problem -And propose ways to reduce the noise

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you in regard to the new campus
restaurant
.
This
restaurant
has only opened recently in a location surrounded by campus residence areas. The
restaurant
is
also
open until late at midnight and the amount of noise from the
restaurant
is just too annoying. The problem is that most of the students situated inside the university residence always have early classes in the morning and they just cannot afford to lose their full night's sleep. As for me myself, I have been having a hard time falling asleep until the
restaurant
is
finally
closed up and the customers gradually leave. I think
this
problem could be completely solved if the closing time of the
restaurant
could be moved earlier. But even if
this
solution the closing time somehow cannot be altered, maybe simply notifying the
restaurant
staff about the noise problem and asking them to take some measures to decrease the noise would suffice. Thank you for your attention in advance. Best regards, Amin Gerami.
