has brought us, especially with

statement. For starters, to shape one's view, there must be a form of push to adopt and adapt, and

is where we are prone to adopting an ideal, for that we tend to look to an outsider's perspective on the matter and come to our own conclusion; we look no
further
than the daily
media
outlet. The television,
radio
and newspaper brief us on facts and ideas, for which we can utilize and shape our own minds;
for example
, revolutionary ideals can be formed through the words of the
media
, are you a communist? a socialist? or a fascist? Will the words of Lenin convince you or the opposer? the

has been a playground that challenges our critical thinking and beliefs; none has been more prevalent than the
radio
. The
radio
act as a loudspeaker to expand effects among the
mass
audience. For multitudes of people,
radio
was a primary source of information and entertainment in the second and third decades of the twentieth century. Radios fostered a real-time national conversation during the challenging times of the Depression and World War. For years, it is the greatest force (before television and the internet) in developing a

culture of sporting events like the Olympics, humorous programs like "Amos and Andy" and news all over the world. In conclusion, it is undeniably difficult to ignore the strong influences that the
media
has given us, especially with
radio
. No matter how you perceive it, the

media
will always remain an essential part of shaping who we are and the way we view things.
