the plans below show the layout of a university's sports centre now, and how it will look after redevelopment

The maps illustrate the university’s
sports
 centre in its current form and its purposed development. Looking from the
overall
 perspective, it is readily apparent that the building will experience some changes. It is noticeable that the area will be expanded and a lot of new facilities will be added. With regards to the present layout, there is an entrance on the south side of the plan with a reception just behind it.
Moreover
, there is a big swimming pool in front of the reception, which is surrounded by a changing room in the west, a gym in the north and a seating zone in the east.
In addition
, there are two outdoor courts outside, which were built on the left and on the right sides of the centre.
According to
 the future plan, the courts will be replaced by a leisure pool and
sports
 halls. A few changing rooms are
also
 planned to be established on the west and on the east angles of the building. The changes will
also
 include a café and a
sports
 shop construction, and two dance studios will be built near a
sports
 hall.
Nevertheless
, a gym will be extended,
while
 a changing room and a reception will be unaltered.
