It is clear that
the plan is to knock down the current factories and make it a residential area. The town boundary and the main road at the bottom of the maps will remain the same.
In order to have a more sufficient method to go across the river, a bridge will be constructed. We can also
see that the farmland will be shifted to the east as the area expands to the other side of the river. There will also
have two more roads beside the bridge and a roundabout be added to the site.
Besides
the addition of the bridge and the roads, there are also
some new public service and commercial buildings will be added. There will be a new playground with a couple of rows of residential buildings built beside it. A school is going to be established at the end
of the road that is
