The table compares three categories of data about the subway in terms of their size, age, and the number of passengers per year in 6 major cities, London, Paris, Tokyo, Washington DC,

. From the statistics, it can be inferred that the three cities which opened their railway systems earlier than others have the highest figure for spending on the
