which were owned were moderately increasing in percentage whereas

At the beginning of the period, Owned properties were relatively lesser in accommodation

was quite popular which was at around 75%. Between the years of 1918 to 1961, owned accommodation
was drastically surging in households
and by that year it rosed to approximately 20% renting accommodation
was consistently declining in households
and by 1961, it fell by almost 17%.
In the year 1971, both the accommodations reached the same percentage of households
