letter to let you know about my recent visit to your hotel this
month. The purpose of my stay was the occasion of my birthday; my husband decided to book this
hotel after checking the amazing reviews online on your website.
Let me explain the matter further
, we booked 2 bedrooms one for us and the other one for our parents. Due to
my birthday occasion, the reception staff offered us to book the party hall and pool area for a few hours at no cost, we felt glad after knowing it. But, later that day when we checked with staff again about the booking we made, they mentioned that it got cancelled since someone else paid for it in advance, I was left disheartened after that.
I would like to suggest that you should check with your staff about this
matter. Since this
incident spoiled my birthday program and we had to do last
-minute bookings somewhere else.
I hope this
doesn't happen to anyone else and you take strict attention to this
situation.
