You have recently moved to a different house. Write a letter to an English-speaking friend. In your letter -Explain why you have moved -Describe the new apartment -Invite him or her to pay a visit

Dear Eva, I am glad to share some fascinating things about my new house which is nearby the famous Rose Market. Recently, I have moved to a new apartment. There are a number of things that push me to take a new building.
This
apartment is just about 15 minutes drive from my workplace, by
this
I can save my precious time and use it for exploring my hobbies.
This
is a big advantage for me, even though there are numerous facilities in
this
area
such
as religious places, grocery stores, hospitals and many more. If I talk about my new accommodation, it has a big living room, three bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a huge kitchen where I can spend a plethora of time, especially cooking, and an open balcony at the back of
this
. There is
also
a park on the left side of
this
where children play in the evening. To be honest,
this
is a beautiful area which I like the most. I am happy to invite you to my new house. I have arranged a small party for my close friends and a few relatives.
This
party will be held on next Monday. I will eagerly wait for you. Best Regards, John
