sometimes socialising with colleagues can enhance personal and professional relationships that can positively impact professional life and growth. In conclusion, occasional social interactions can enhance teamwork and foster a positive working environment, but it is equally important to prioritise personal well-being and ensure a clear separation between work and personal life.
