Overall
, it is clear that
there are plenty of modifications in the Norbiton industrial area. A big roundabout is located in the centre of both maps, and many factories are around this
roundabout some of them will be replaced with shops and a medical centre. In addition
, in the west of both maps, the town remains in its location.
In the layout, a river is situated in the north, and above it there is farmland that is
expected to convert to a housing area, and also
the river is divided into two same-length parts. It is noteworthy that an additional roundabout is located in the south of the scheme that is
connected to the big roundabout with a road.
A school will be built in the east of the scheme, and almost in the middle of the road that is
