You have bought some clothing online and are not satisfied with your purchase. your email Write an email to the company that you bought the clothing from. In the email give details of the purchase describe the problem explain why you need a replacement urgently

Dear Sir, I recently bought some apparel from your online store, and I am writing
this
email because of the unsatisfactory products that I received. I purchased a medium light blue sweater, two medium T-shirts and a pair of shoes. As far as the shoes are concerned, they are of perfect size and good quality; but for the shirts and the sweater, I would say they are not quite what I was expecting. They all seem to be large-sized even though I saw your measurement chart and ordered
accordingly
. I am quite disappointed with the product I got. I have an upcoming trip with my friends, and I was finding new clothing because of that. I do not have much time left to leave which is why I request the items to be changed immediately. From what I have observed, I would be more suitable for small-sized shirts and sweaters. I want the same design of the apparel just a different size. Please process the request as soon as possible. I would be very thankful for that. Warm regards, Faraz
