The landlord's quota was just above 20% in 1918, which rose to approximately 30% in 1939 and 1953 after a slight jump between 1961 to 1981, there was a massive augmentation to the highest point of more than 65% in 1991 and 2001 before receding to just over 60% in 2011. In 1918, tenants were reaching the highest point of renting with almost more than 70% of the population,

then

decreased to approximately 60% in 1939 and 1953. The total amount of households in rented accommodation dropped over the period until it came to its lowest point of nearly 30% in 2011. 1971 was the only year when people who owned and rented reached the same ratio of just around 50%, respectively.

The decline in bicycle usage as a form of transport can be attributed to inadequate infrastructure and safety concerns. Regarding the former, as cities grow and become more densely populated, there is often a lack of adequate infrastructure to support safe and convenient cycling. Narrow roads, limited bike lanes, and inadequate cycling facilities can deter people from using bicycles as a mode of transport, especially in areas with heavy traffic or poor road conditions. Concerning the other reason, certain perceived risks associated with cycling, including accidents, collisions with motor vehicles, and theft of bicycles, can deter people from using this mode of transport, especially in busy urban areas with high levels of traffic congestion. This is the case of Vietnam where cyclists often voice their concerns with potential collisions with motorcycles when navigating busy roads, which has undermined confidence in cycling as a viable mode of transport.

It is believed by many people that children should be taught by their parents, whilst others argue that educational institutions are the best place for learning this. Although the latter opinion can be beneficial in many cases, I believe that family upbringing could be more adequate to bring their offspring to become good members of the community.

The pattern of employment had changed dramatically comparing to its past where individual used to be employed in one sector where as people are holding multiple job at a present people are holding multiple job at a present which can be which can make individual economical stable however it can rain personal life and depression as individual are exposed to multiple discipline of employment.

This is a topic of arguement that some people belive that learning culture of different society can be only mastered through Movies, books and internet while others think that it can be learned through travelling various countries. i belive that travelling and being physically present within the people of that particular culture could potentially makes it easier to learn the values and understand the culture in more deeper sense.
