In today's modern era,
money
 plays a vital role in everybody's life. Most of the daily needs require a good enough financial balance. I am in the same mind that good pay outweighs job satisfaction and I will demonstrate
this
 in the upcoming paragraphs.
First,
money
 is required to survive in today's recession period. Only job satisfaction can not fill your stomach and your family's needs and demands. Most families are run by single working people and those working on a low wage can't handle the whole family. Working in a good environment can only make you happy for just a short span of time. If we are keeping in mind for the upcoming period of time a strong bank balance is first and the foremost thing. As the future is unpredictable nobody knows what's gonna happen after today. Day by day the prices of each and everything are going to touch the sky and without a certain amount of ,savings it will be very hard to tackle the problems.
Secondly
, As a family ,
person
 it is the duty of the working body to look after each and every member of the family. Looking at the future all the needs and wants of the children are to be completed with the help of
money
. If they get a good education they can easily find their way to survive in their upcoming adult years.
Moreover
, suppose the
person
 works on a good salary and saves some portion of the
money
 after all his
money
-spending needs and unfortunately he gets fired from the job or something unexpected happens he still has some
money
 to do the basic needs for life. To sum ,up all things I believe that only mind satisfaction can not help them,

 to deal with their basic necessary needs and wants. All in ,all with the assistance of
money
 a
person
 can do most of the things to live peacefully and stressfully.
