and saturated fat was allocated to dinner with 43% and 37% respectively. There is no difference between the figure for snacks
and breakfast
in sodium
consumption, as the former was responsible for 14%. It is noteworthy that the percentage of saturated fat and added sugar was the same with 16% in the breakfast
meal.
The intake of added sugar in snacks
ranked first with 42%, and there was little difference between the figure for saturated fat in snacks
and lunch with a narrow margin of 5%, while
