You recently made a journey by train. When you got on the train, you realised you had left a bag on the platform. Write a letter to the station manager. In your letter •give details of where and when you left the bag •describe the bag and its contents •suggest how you could get the bag back

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing
this
letter to inform you about my luggage that I left at your
station
yesterday
while
catching the
train
and want to give you some advice on how I can collect it. Regarding my journey, I made a travel plan and booked the
train
ticket from Chandigarh city to Amritsar city for yesterday. My
train
was all set to leave platform number 2, sharply at 9 a.m.
However
, because of being myself a bit late, I completely forgot one of my bags at the railing
station
after the security check in order to catch the
train
in a rush. Even though I was successful in getting on the
train
, I realised about left my bag on platform number 2 when the
train
left the railway
station
. The luggage that I forgot was a medium-sized red coloured bag. Not only does it have four wheels but
also
has two additional zips on the sides.
Although
I locked
this
suitcase properly and put my name tag on it, the reason I am most worried about it is that my academic documents are in it which I need on an urgent basis.
Therefore
, after calling the Lost & Found Counter of your
station
, I was informed that your staff has found my suitcase,
however
, they can not send it to my current location.
As a result
, I am suggesting to you that I can pay mailing charges online to parcel my suitcase at my house address. You can find the address details from my ticket registration number – HAR2045. I would highly appreciate your instant response to
this
letter. Yours faithfully, Harpal Singh
