The maps below show the centre of a small town called lslip as it is now, and plans for its development.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The first map illustrates the current Islip
town
centre
and the second one is the proposal for the future improvement of itself. It is obvious that the
centre
of the
town
will be well-maintained efficiently for the public.
Firstly
, look at the present
town
, the main road is across from the
West
to the East and several shops are alongside the road.
In addition
, housing, a school and a
park
are located in the South of the
town
,
while
the countryside occupies the whole North area. In terms of the future planned
town
centre
, the most significant change will be a new dual carriageway running around the
town
, though two driveways will remain both in the
West
and the East. Unfortunately, Countryside will be demolished and there will be more housing in the Northeast and the Southeast in dual carriageways
as well as
old housing satays in the Southwest.
Furthermore
, a new bus station, a shopping
centre
, and a car
park
will be built on the North side of the dual carriageway and pedestrians will have pavement between east and
west
. The shops will still run through the main road from the East to the
West
,
however
, the shops on the north side will disappear. There is the good news, the school and the
park
will be kept in the same place, the size of the school will be bigger, but sadly the dimension of the
park
will be a quarter of the original itself. In summary, Islip
town
centre
will grow and facilitate business, housing, and public roads by enlarging the size of the
town
, compared to the current,
on the other hand
, it will lose some facilities with nature.
