In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter: say what the participants liked about the hotel explain why they were unhappy about the food suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future Write at least 150 words.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to give you feedback about the service I received
last
weekend in your hotel. To start with, my guests really enjoyed the harm ambience, They said to me that was really light because of the large windows and it felt like they were having lunch in an outdoor space,
also
They loved the band that was playing jazz,
although
the music was playing, they still could have a conversation since the sound it was not too loud.
On the other hand
, the food itself does not please the guests too much, some of them complained about the lack of dishes to choose from on the menu, other ones said that sauce was very spice and five of them said that the dessert had too much sugar on it.
For
this
reason, I would like to suggest that you create more options for the clients, so they can choose what type of food pleases them the most, it would be great if you checked with chefs the amount of some ingredients that are being put on the sauces and desserts to avoid mistakes since the ambience of your hotel is amazing. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you want. Your faithfully. Karen Agg.
