Dear Liza, I hope

this

letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I wanted to share with you that I have recently bought a new house so that I can accommodate my parents when they visit me. My new home is a duplex having 3 spacious bedrooms and one guest room with an attached bathroom facility. The living area and the guest room are on the lower level

while

the bedrooms and patios are on the upper level. The entire house is airy and well-ventilated with proper sunlight.

In addition

to that, the living area has a casement window that opens towards the backyard where there is a small play area for the kids. My parents are overwhelmed and are enjoying their stay at my new place.

On the other hands many singer earn incalculable money thanks to their concert. This singer or musician have a low opinion while some people downloads the their music on internet by illegal. While some consider that governments must bear the cost of education for everyone at every level, others believe that higher education expenses must be borne by the individual themselves. I agree with the latter statement and would give examples in support of it along with discussing both viewpoints in the coming paragraphs.
