letter to let you know about the annoying behaviour of a newly hired employee at our workplace. He has been hired about two months ago. I think he is completely inconsiderate and rude to other employees. Let me explain in detail. The problem started about one month ago when he disrespected a female colleague with absurd language. On that day,

thought he did it mistakenly, but recently, he has been rude to

everyone

. Not only does he ignore the instructions of senior employees but

he does not follow the rules of the company as he always starts work late in the morning and leaves early before

everyone

else.

Therefore

in the organization is unhappy with

behaviour. Would you talk to the manager about his irrational actions?
