You play a team sport with some friends. Last week a member of the team had an accident and wasn't able to play with you at the weekend. You decide to write to him in hospital, telling him about the match
Dear Johny,
I hope you are feeling better. There is exciting news for you that our
team
won the championship.
The play was harder than we expected. However
,during the second half, it was favourable for us.Eventually, we achieved our target. Tom in the BBK team
played well as he secured runs from just 30 balls. Such
an amazing play, right?
There were several factors which made the play harder. Firstly
, the climate was not good enough, during the first half of play heavy rainfall caused the pitches too wet, which delayed the match. Secondly
, one of the team
members in the opponent group had a severe head injury. His condition was a bit serious and he was hospitalized for surgery.
Totally, I can say it was a good match for us as you know we won the trophy after 10 years. But we missed you in that match. We expect your powerful comeback on our next match with the TTA team
. Please make sure you are taking a good rest my dearest friend.
Hope I meet you soon. We miss you.
With Love,
