it is widely believed that preparing schedules is ideal, others believe in spending their

freely. In my opinion, I believe that allowing the mind to rest during free

time

is more optimal than planning agendas. On the one hand, it is argued that planning agenda is optimal. The main reason is because of the productivity of planning beforehand. It is

also

possible to say that having planned activities would prepare them for future occasions. One good illustration of

this

is the efficiency these

individuals

can work when given a schedule. Another reason is the wise use of

time

For example

, by doing

, it organizes activities for them

therefore

reducing the

time

needed to spend on the task.

On the other hand

, some

individuals

prefer to spend their

time

freely, without any schedule. People often have

opinion because they want freedom. As the objective of free

time

is to minimize stress, these

prefer to allow their minds to be free from work. A second point is that having enjoyable free

reduces being overwhelmed from working. A particularly good example here is the benefits to one’s mental state. In conclusion, it is commonly thought that planning a schedule during free

is helpful meanwhile, others assume that it is more ideal to spend their

freely. Personally, I tend to believe that having fun during leisure

is more necessary than preparing for upcoming events.
