Dear Mr. Brown, I am writing to let you know about the issue regarding the service provided by the hotel, which is about non-working on the projector provided by The Grand Inn, during our meeting with one of our new foreign clients, which was held on 1st September 2023. Hereby let me provide you with some brief idea about the problem. The meeting was planned with one of our new overseas clients. In the meeting, I was responsible for explaining our organization's past and future aspects, with the help of the instrument.
