In many countries, children are engaged in some kind of paid work. Some people regard this as completely wrong, while others consider it as valuable work experience, important for learning and taking responsibility.

Children
are encouraged to do some paid
jobs
in several countries. It is believed by a few people that
this
phenomenon can be an interesting activity for
children
in their learning,
while
others argue as a mistake. From my perspective, it is not recommended for kids to have paid
work
. In
this
following essay, these views will be discussed.
To begin
with, paid
work
is believed by several individuals can give valuable experience and learning to youngsters.
Therefore
, many countries are practising engaging
children
to do paid
jobs
. It is a fact, that there are several valuable benefits for
children
when they are doing paid
work
.
For instance
, they can learn by applying problem-solving skills and trying to take responsibility in real cases. It will help
children
to be more well-prepared before they jump into the professional world in the future.
In addition
, when youngsters finish their tasks in the office, they will get paid off by the company. From
this
, they are able to learn how to manage their finances by themselves. In fact,
children
still have other responsibilities at their ages. One of the responsibilities is education. Teenagers need to
focus
on their education to get better knowledge which will give precious things for them in the future. When they have to do paid
work
, it means they will divide their time between school and
work
.
This
circumstance potentially leads to an imbalance situation and might impact their quality in receiving learning either from school or
work
. To illustrate, when teenagers
focus
more on their
jobs
, their academic scores will experience a decrease.
Otherwise
, when they
focus
more on education, there will be a decrease in their
work
quality which can affect their performance. To summarize, I completely agree that having paid
work
can give
children
invaluable experiences.
However
, at the age of school, I believe
children
need to
focus
on their academics first
instead
of having
jobs
to avoid imbalance situations in their lives.
