It is certainly true that the company wants to connect with their
staff
at all times, even on holidays or in their leisure
time

While
accepting that, I believe that keeping in touch with their
employees
is more likely to have a harmful impact. On the one hand, there are several benefits of connecting to
staff
all the
time
. A common advantage is that the relationship between employers and
employees
will improve and create strong connections between them. In fact, the company has more
time
to contact
staff
, and when they have enough trust in others, members can easily share problems with the boss and solve them together. Another positive aspect is that the quality of
work
can be increased. If
employees
keep working on holidays, they could speed up
work
progress, which leads to completing
work
earlier than planned.
Furthermore
, the job can reduce mistakes to the lowest rate because
employees
always be there to solve problems if their boss finds out about errors.
On the other hand
, I am of the opinion that the aforementioned advantages are at the expense of greater drawbacks. One obvious disadvantage is that it annoys their

when they have to face

time

employees
always feel they are having a lot of pressure from their company, they will gradually feel stressed, lose their charm at

and get bored. Another negative effect is the impact on productivity.

is because the members will not want to deal with

when they are in their free

to choose avoid every contact with the manager.
As a result

progress is delayed and affects the office. In conclusion, it seems to me that the potential benefits of keeping in touch with

at all times even on holidays are more harmful.
