. Looking from an overall
perspective, it is readily apparent that the number of roads will expand and factories will be replaced by housing.
There will be additional places including shops, a medical centre, a playground and a school.The location of this
area
will remain the same which is east of the town and south of the farmland and river. There is a plan to construct more roads that will connect to additional housing. Furthermore
, the future plan projects will construct the road and bridge crossing the river in order to expand the housing area
to the farmland.
All of the factory will be turned into a living area
and public space. The school will be erected in the east of the site. The playground will be constructed between the houses.Additionally
, a second roundabout will be located in the south of the development area
