I am writing
this
letter to complain about your services, I invited my family to gather in your restaurant Linking Words
last
week and unfortunately it was not satisfying.
A few days ago, Linking Words
due to
my parent's anniversary, I decided to do some special thing for them, so I reserved a table at your central branch near the beach. I heard lots of good comments about your dishes and I chose that place wisely because my parents really care about quality.
As the time we arrived at the restaurant, the manager told us we must wait and we were waiting for an hour ,despite I announced in my reservation that I did not want to be on the waiting list. Another thing which really bothered us was the waitress's attitude, they must be professional about explaining the menu, but she did not know anything and we were confused.
