You have purchased a product recently from store, later on it's stopped working. Write a letter to store manager about this issue. In your letter - mention about the product and share your feeling - discuss about what is the issue - what you need from the store manager

Dear Mr. Patel, I write
this
letter to share my disappointment about the product that I purchased from your store
last
week, which has stopped functioning properly.
Firstly
, I would like to inform you that I purchased a brand new Dell laptop from your store
last
week. When I started using it, I felt relaxed, and I was able to finish my important office work within a fraction of a minute without spending more hours.
However
, suddenly, it stopped working. I tried to power

the laptop by pressing the power button, but unfortunately, the screen is not displaying. It seems like there were some malfunctions at the hardware level.
Due to
this
, I am not able to work on assigned items and meet the deadlines.
Therefore
, I would like to request that you send your hardware technician to visit my home and fix
this
issue as much as possible so I can finish all my pending work. Kindly treat
this
matter as your top priority, and I look forward to your prompt solution to fix the issue. Yours faithfully, Amit Gelot

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
