Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing

 letter to enquire about the

 which I sent from the London Oxford

 office to ABC immigration agency in Paris. I am Linda Ramos, residing in the neighbourhood of Oxford Street. I sent some important documents to my immigration consultant on May 10, ,2023 by your speed
post
 service.
According to
 the officer who was on the desk, it should have been reached within two days.
However
, the
post
 was not delivered to the destination until today. The package which I posted contains documents to extend my visa including an official letter from my university. All the documents are original, and I have not taken any copies.
Therefore
, I am requesting you to track my

 and arrange to deliver within two days. My receipt number is AX0112, and I attached the receipt with
this

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
