 the sudden increase or decrease in demands , ingredients, and customer habits,... The next factor is Temperature control. Just like adjusting the temperature when cooking to ensure food is just cooked. You must

 how to control your attitudes and emotions carefully. Because these factors are difficult to control and adjust. How do you react when you seem will be late for the deadline or be misunderstood by colleagues or managers? How you do respond to complaints or negative criticism from others? If you can keep calm to ponder carefully, you can give wise feedback to all problems.
Last
 but not least, Don't refuse even the smallest job. As you know, a house is built buy many small bricks and we can not count exactly how many bricks and other efforts are to build up the house. But without the small brick, the construction will be very difficult. In some cases, the smallest job can bring a big profit and impact the whole process to success. If you ignore or disregard small things, you might miss many chances to get profits or change your life.

To get an excellent score in the IELTS Task 2 writing section, one of the easiest and most effective tips is structuring your writing in the most solid format. A great argument essay structure may be divided to four paragraphs, in which comprises of four sentences (excluding the conclusion paragraph, which comprises of three sentences).

For we to consider an essay structure a great one, it should be looking like this:

  • Paragraph 2 - First supporting paragraph
