You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. You have a full-time job and you are also doing a part-time evening course. You now find that you cannot continue the course. Write a letter to your teachers.

Dear sir or madam I enrolled in a Contract claims course in your institute in August 2023 on evening classes. I am very happy by getting useful information from tutors, and it makes progress on my current project. I have been working as a Planning engineer in an Air products company for the
last
2 years, as I mentioned in my profile
while
registering time. An unforeseen problem I am facing now, my company has a big valued product and is prestigious in the local market. So, my manager requested me to provide inputs from my side during the transition stage, I cannot deny his request, so, I have to do extra work in the evenings for 2 to 3 months as well. So, I decided to postpone my remaining course, when there is availability. I already contacted tutors, they recommended sending an email to you. Please accept my obligation and support me in
this
crucial period. Yours faithfully, Anand

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
