Dear Sir or Madam, Hi, I’m a senior manager at the Works design company, which held an all-day meeting at the Grand Hotel
last
week Monday. I’m writing

letter to let you know our thoughts on your establishment. I hope our review can be helpful for you to improve your business. First of all, we were greatly impressed by how much the conference room we rented is well equipped. All the electronic devices we need were already there and those are functioning very well
such
as speakers, monitors and remotes etc. It made our job to prepare the meeting way easier. And we appreciated that Grand Hotel provided those so well.
However
, we had a minor complaint about the
food
that we ordered for lunch. Even though the
food
was very fresh and tasted good, there was only one dish for vegetarians. We expected that you would provide more various
food
options for everyone but we didn’t get it and were very disappointed. If you can try to add more vegetarian foods to the menu or inform them what
