increased in duration. The usage
of phones grew the most and DVD players showed the least on holding rate.
Looking into the data in more detail, the holding rate of washing machines was the highest during the period. It was 60% in 1995 and continued to grow to 80% in 1999. On the other side, computers were 40% in 1995 and continuously increased to 70% in 1999. The usage
of phones rocketed the most of the five technologies. It was less than 20% in 1995 and slowly upward to 20% in 1996, but it dramatically soared in the next three years, its usage
became over 70% in 1999. the holding rate of the Internet had a significant growth , from 10% in 1995 to 50% in 1999. Lastly

had ever seen a decrease in duration. it was 25% in 1995, however
