I hope that you find yourself in a fit and sound health. I am writing

letter to express my gratitude for the help you have offered me while
I was off duty due to
a long illness.
As I fell sick at the most crucial time of the university examination and had to be hospitalised in order to fully recuperate, your presence and your taking over my duty as an examination head was a blessing for me . Because I had no added pressure on my mind, it definitely helped me in getting a speedy recovery as I was mentally free from the burden of the work.
I have heard you have managed extremely well from arranging the benches , assigning the duties to sub-ordinates to distributing the question papers on time. Also
, I have come to know that you were too cooperative to say no to. I am falling short of words and what could I do to make you see how thankful I am ?Would you mind coming over and having a fine supper followed by a chit-chat session ?
