Dear Sir, I am writing
this
letter to register my complaint regarding the lost luggage at the Columbia Station. On 25 September, I visited Columbia Street to make a journey to Vancouver. I still remember that I stood beside the post box on the platform near the elevator around 3 p.m. and left my
bag
on the white chair.
In addition
, the brand and colour of my
bag
were GUESS and black. It was a leather luggage with a golden chain. My lost
bag
contains my permanent residency card, bank cards and train pass.
After
this
incident, I blocked my bank cards. In my opinion, please check the security cameras of the Columbia station for the aforementioned date and time. I have faith in the local police and I am sure that you and your team will be able to find my
bag
and cards. I really appreciate your time and consideration. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me on 7786546754. Thank you in advance. Yours Sincerely, Alex
